What soda machines are your cylinders compatible with?

• We exchange both Screw-in and Easy Connect (Quick Connect/Pink) 60L CO2 cylinders. These are compatible with all 60L CO2 soda makers, sparkling water makers, and carbonators from brands like Drinkmate, SodaStream, Ninja Thirsti, Philips, Aarke, and Breville. Our Easy Connect cylinder is specifically compatible with new Quick Connect machines (Terra, Gaia, Art).

What cylinder will I get in return for my empty ones?

• While we accept cylinders from all brands, we will only send you filled cylinders of Drinkmate or Easy Soda branding. Unfortunately we do not provide, and will not allow requests for filled cylinders with Sodastream brandings (for legal reasons).

How much do refills cost?

• Refill exchanges are $20/cylinder, with free delivery when you order 2 or more

How does the refill process work?

• After making an order online, our courier will deliver the full cylinders to you on your chosen delivery date. When the driver is at your door, he will collect your empty cylinders and deliver the full cylinders to you at the same time. 

What if I am not home to receive the delivery?

• No problem! You can also do a contactless exchange by leaving your empty cylinder(s) in a convenient location for collection. If the empty cylinders are hidden, please let us know where they are either via the order notes at checkout, or by dropping us a message to let us know.

Can I purchase new cylinders without exchange?

• Yes, you only need new cylinders if you don’t have empty ones to exchange, or if you want extra cylinders. We recommend having 3 or more cylinders, so you can have some in use while waiting for an exchange!

How come your refills are cheaper?

• Unlike a certain brand, our cylinders are filled locally in Singapore. Means less shipping, and less middlemen. Great for the environment and your wallet!

Are your cylinders safe?

• Yes of course! Our cylinders undergo the same safety tests as the big brands do, and have DOT and TUV safety certifications. We only fill our cylinders with food grade CO2.

Can I return my cylinders if I do not want to use them anymore?

• Yes! We will collect the empty cylinders from your home, and return you $3/cylinder. 
• We currently only accept Easy Soda or Drinkmate cylinders for the return refund.
